breastfeeding & working out
hello ladies!!! so I just had my baby boy 13 days ago and really want to start working out and getting back into shape i used to wait 126 now I'm 150 and I've been like this for a while . my question is how can I go about exercising . what bras can I wear if I'm breastfeeding ? and should I pump / feed before exercising? I'm totally lost lol and any adive will be appreciated 😄😊
