Need Help Pleaseeeeeeee

a little run down. I was on mirena since 2011 after I had my daughter. well jump to March 2017 I found out I was pregnant (Mirena still inserted) contacted obgyn they got me in immediately to take mirena out. I had Drs appointments every 2 weeks to get my hcg checked and it kept dropping eventually I ended up having a miscarriage in April. In May I started having normal cycles (28 days) up until now. af came August 1st - 8th and yesterday I notice when I use the bathroom and wipe I had some brown spotting. it's still going on today. last time I had this happen was 2010 and I found out I was pregnant with my daughter. I have been having pregnancy symptoms for the past week or so. could someone please help me out.........
