Eye Problems..?

I'm not sure if this is where i should post about this but i don't have friends that wear glasses or have eye problems...

so for the past couple months my eyes have really been bothering me. At night i get really blurry vision, so it's hard to drive because i can't see very far in front of me.

Reading gives me headaches after reading like two or three pages. And focusing is really hard, the only way i can explain it is if i'm in a store it's like i can't look around fast without hurting my eyes...does that make sense..? but also sometimes they just hurt and i have to shut my eyes...?

is this common or do i need to get my eyes checked? again i don't have anyone else to ask..? Thanks
