Everyone's losing but not sharing how?
Hello lovely ladies!
So I know some of you, go to the gym but times are tough over here. So does anyone have a workout plans, tips, advice, website, they use at home that they would like to share with me please? I'm looking for full body of course workout and also ones that helps lose weight especially in the belly fat region! That would be so awesome if you can share! I'm considering dieting but I don't know where to begin I have already eliminated almost every beverage and just truly consume water. Please help a girl out 😊 Thank you!
