I just want to know!!!!

AF was due the 25th, but still haven't started. Back is hurting, boobs a little tender, nipples aren't any darker, mild cramping, and extremely nauseous. I have taken two blue dye test and both have been negative. Last time I tested was yesterday morning. My husband and I have been trying for baby#1 for over a year, and miscarried the day after Christmas 2016. Praying for a rainbow baby, but so nervous about miscarriage again. When should I test again?
