I would think....
Something this big wiggling and moving around in my uterus would be obviously felt. I know it can take as long as 20+ weeks to feel it. I am impatient. I borrowed a stethoscope to maybe hear movement but all I hear is digestion. I did pass gas and that was very loud with a stethoscope. No wonder they say that can startle a fetus in utero. Lol.
