We have been trying for 6 years

We have been trying for 6 years. We had one false positive, and was told it would be impossible for us to have kids. My doctor discovered a rather large cyst on the left side, and two months ago, she removed the entire left ovary and tube. Friday, I had 2 positive pregnancy tests. Saturday, I took another and had the same result. I went to the emergency room and it was confirmed, I was in very early stages of pregnancy!
