Electable 3D ultrasound?

I know that I don't get another ultrasound since my pregnancy is healthy thus far. I am 25 weeks and my doctor mentioned if I wanted to that I could pay for a 3D one around 30 weeks just for fun and pictures. I have really great insurance through Blue Cross Blue Shield Florida but forgot to ask around how much I should be expecting it to cost? I know a lot of insurance situations are different but I was just wondering if any of you ladies had similar experiences & could share some insight? I would plan to get it done at my OB's office. Thanks in advance! FTM if you couldn't tell😂
