I'm 17 turning 18 next year and for the first time in my life I'm actually in a good place for the first time. This is me btw, a fat, black, amazing girl and people just can't seem to wrap their heads around that.
Update: it took me 17 years and some change to love myself, I'm not gonna let anybody take that away from me. 🤙🏾
