Finally announced it to my stepmom.

My dad died recently. She's been a little off. But she's trying to there for my brother and sisters who still live with her. She finds joy seeing her one granddaughter when my sister brings her over. Well. Thursday night. I found a blank baby card. I wrote inside. "Dear Grandma and grandpa in heaven. I doubt I'll be needing these anytime soon due to all the warm hugs you'll be giving me. But hold on to them just in case! Love your grand baby". (There were socks in the bag as well). She was teary eyed as soon as she saw the cover of the card. The words inside did it for her. She's very excited and very happy.
