I'm 2-3 weeks and I feel nothing. My last pregnancy I first stared feeling nauseous at 12 weeks

you cannot be 2-3 wks...at 2 weeks you've just ovulated. at 3 weeks you'd maybe have just implanted...perhaps you mean 4-5 wks?
