Fluid, discharge, pee???

How do I know if that's what I'm leaking?? It doesn't smell like pee at all I'm almost 37 weeks and having period like cramps. I don't know if it's amniotic fluid or just vaginal wetness or urine 😭 I sat up in bed and it left a small puddle on the sheets, not a huge one but still it was there. I smelled it and it didn't smell like urine it just smelled like vagina i guess? I don't know I'm just scared I'm in the beginning stage of labor and don't even know it
