just a cyst or something worse

so I've had this cyst on my left ovary for a year now and its not going away birthcontrol made it bigger and my doctor keeps saying it will go away on its own bla bla bla ok . sex hurts me and no pain killers are doing the trick with the pain so im crying all the time just from the pain to the point of vomiting I can't keep food down and I've been to the ER twice and those doctors just looked at me and gave me mote pills that don't do anything and sent me home ... I can't do this any more HELP!!!
