Does this sound like a healthy day of meals?


For breakfast, I had some Van's cinnamon cereal with hazelnut milk. For lunch I had a piece of whole grain bread with some organic peanut butter and a whole banana on top. I just ate a small snack of a few strawberries. I'm kind of hungry now but I am not sure if I should eat dinner so early. It's almost 5 pm though. For dinner I was going to make an avocado, lettuce, and honey mustard sandwich. I'm trying to lose a little bit of weight. Does this sound good? And I've been drinking water all day.
