tmi! copper coil and periods

basically got my copper coil in dec, periods were every 6or so weeks between them and for the past 7 weeks I've been bleeding for 6 of them.. swabs and such done are negative, but I'm so confused. I'm on the minipill to try and regulate my period but no such freaking luck! it's made it HEAVIER. I plan to get my coil out as soon as I can since my babies dad is getting the snip and I'm on the minipill taken religiously and we don't have sex.. or havent for the past 2months.. anyone had similar? I'm sick to death of needing to wear pads!! I've got through 6 heavy flow ones today since 7am!!
