can you get a positive pregnancy test at 6 or 7 dpo I've been having lots of cramping last night sex was painful have lots of cramps I'm scared to have sex tonight because of the cramps and I was on top trying to take it lol but then I fell off and he took over with my first I remember having sex and it being painful and I cried then I saw spotting so I don't wanna get my hopes up cause I haven't had any ewcm
