Yuck... Diarrhea 😭

I'm 14+3 weeks pregnant and got sent home from work today because I couldn't leave the toilet. I went to work this morning and felt relatively fine but then shit just hit the fan. I had to speed home in hopes to make it on time 😂 I just don't know what caused this? I had diarrhea in the first trimester but not this bad. I had a quiche for dinner last night and I've had it before, this morning all I ate was some Multigrain toast and a banana. So I can't imagine it being something I ate. I can't be the only one with a burning ring can I?
