Round Ligaments?

So I was just sitting at the edge of my bed taking my medicine when I went to lay down and I felt this god awful stabbing pain on the right side of my groin. I screamed out and I couldn't even extend my leg at all for a good 20 minutes then finally it let up. Now I'm laying down but I'm having cramping all over my lower uterus area... anyone know if it was just round ligaments or maybe something else? My feet also swelled up but then went back down. 🤔😓
