I spotted pink & Glow says it's normal

So glow says 20-30% of women bleed during first trimester. But how much blood exactly..? That's my question. I had a pink spot when I wiped today. And I got so scared. I'm barely going to be 10w Thursday. And I made a quick prayer that I wouldn't lose my baby. Have u all JD this before in ur first trimester?
