Cramps
Hey girls, I need tips on how to handle major cramps throughout the day and night. I just started my period & my cramps are killing me!!! Any tips on how to control them?? Especially bc I have a exam tomorrow & I need to focus on that rather than the pain being a distraction 🤒 any suggestions?
