There are some advice articles on the app. Also go to thebump.com and look up the web md pregnancy app. Call your ob/gyn office to make an appointment. That's when you can ask all of your questions when you call and at the appointment. A lot depends on your age, current health and health of the father for the very beginning. It won't hurt to pick up a prenatal vitamin to take. Good luck and congrats!! 🍀🎉👶🏼

Call your obgyn/midwife whoever and make an appointment. Will probably be around 8 weeks. There shouldn't be a reason to do a  loosing test unless you are already high risk or something. Who you tell is up to you, some tell everyone asap, others wait till they are over 12 weeks. I wouldn't tell HR until after the first trimester, but again it's up to you.
