Guilt after sex??

So me and my boyfriend had a pregnancy scare a few months ago so we stopped doing anything sexual at all because I was constantly worried about getting pregnant, I got my period but I still didnt want to do anything because it scared me so much. but now it's been about four months and I decided to perform oral on him and gave him a hand job (sorry if that's tmi) but now I'm feeling this extreme guilt. I think it's because I'm only 15 and if you mum found out she would be very ashamed.. but now these butterflies in my stomach won't go away and I don't know what's wrong with me?😭
