I was wonder has any of you ladies taken it ? Is it safe and does it work ?

I've taken it in all 5 of my pregnancies and no cleft lip or heart defects. It's amazing and the only way I can eat.

Try diclectin or diclegis* depending if your in Canada or the states... Zofran has paid out ALOT in lawsuits from birth defects, the risk is way too high to chance it. Look it up

I take it as needed following having the flu at 10 weeks. It works wonders. I did my own research on the matter (reading many scientific studies) and most came to the conclusion that it does not cause birth defects.

I took it for about 6-7 weeks just to survive the work day, everything was fine with my lo.

My doctor said it's safe. I've been taking it almost every day since week 8. I'm 35 weeks now and still take it because my nausea has not gone away. Baby appears perfectly healthy still.. There is no actual evidence that it causes any kind of birth defect.

I heard it can cause clef lip and heart defects… but there are some people who live off it and their babies are fine it's just up to you to weigh the risks and benefits. Have you tried things like sea bands? I hear those work for a lot of people.

Once at 6 weeks to break the cycle of puking from food poisoning. Some doctors say it's safe, others say it's not. Er doctor said it was safe, ob dr said it wasn't. I listened to the ob dr. Try unisom and b6? I've heard it helps.
