We just received my husband's semen analysis results and he has a severely low sperm count.

I'm heartbroken for us.

I know a lot of couples have similar or worse struggles, just never thought we would be one of them. I don't want to tell my family and I don't have anyone to talk to about this, so I'm just going to let it out here.

We will of course pursue our options, just really really sucks💔
