Normal ?

So I'm 7 weeks exactly and holy fuck am I ever bloated . Is this normal ?  I know my body and I normally don't bloat unless I'm on my period or really have to go lol  . People are starting to look at me as if I'm pregnant but at this point in the game there's no way I'm showing .

In my experience I stay bloated the whole way through, a lot of women say they bloat in the beginning and then it goes away. But it is very normal.

I've been so bloated since implantation and look huge. Starting at like 9 or 10 weeks I couldn't button my pants, even though I haven't gotten an ounce bigger in any other parts of my body. I heard it may go down some once the second trimester hits?

I got rid of my bloat with walking 30 minutes a day, increasing my fiber/fruit/vegetable intake, and drinking WAY more water. Also, your prenatal might have too much iron which can cause digestive problems

Bloating is very common! I was super bloated until about 9 weeks & it went away!
