5 days late

Hi everyone. So I recently had a tubal reversal 6 months ago, and trying to get pregnant since may. I am 5 days late for my period because I feel pregnant. Have that awful metal taste in my mouth like I did with my other 3 pregnancies and just felt pregnant . I took a home pregnancy test yesterday and it was negative . Last night I spotted with brown discharge , and thought it was my period starting . Low and be hold that was it.. nothing else my period isnt coming on at all, and I usually get very heavy periods especially the 2nd day! I wonder if it's possible I am actually pregnant !
