4 weeks post c section and still super tender
Hey ladies,
As the caption said, I had a c section 4 weeks ago and am still very tender to the touch in my lower abdomen above my incision. And it feels like pulling and is painful when I twist my torso at all (at the edges of my incision). Anyone have similar experiences?
