PCOS, IBS, PREDIABITIES

So I was diagnosed with IBS last year after both my appendix and my gallbladder was removed back in 2015 I was told I have IBS last summer and last week I was diagnosed with pre diabetes and PCOS. So many mixed emotions I really don't know how to feel. I've been with birth control for the past 12 yr and I finally said enough is enough in April I took out the nexplonon we been TTC since May of this year and haven't had much luck.. :( I feel like a whale I feel like giving up. All everyone tell me is the same crap.. I need to loose weight I need to eat better it's easy said then done... anyone else going through this I need ppl that understand and not judge me.. shoulder to lean on... I'm currently on pregentreron I spotted yesterday I'm also taking metformin and starting clomid.. on friday... btw I do have 2 boys 7 yr old and 3 year old it was so easy but not the 3rd. going on 30 in January
