Birth Control Detox?
Hey ladies:
So I've been trying to get pregnant now for almost 2 years. TBH I haven't been consistent as I get frustrated and give up from time to time. I overheard a conversation at naturopathy office (my chiropractor shares the same reception area) that difficulty getting pregnant could be because of taking birth control for years and detoxing should be done. Has anyone done birth control detox? Is so what did you use?
