Nipples killing me

Okay so I'm 4 DPO, and my nipples are killing me they hurt to even touch them take off a sports bra. I haven been wearing tight shirts or anything I had breast implants 13 years ago and sometimes if I wore a bra to long my boobs would just be sore, but my nipples are literally in pain. I know it's way to early to even test and we only had sex the highest percentage day which was 6 or 7 days ago. I had my tubes untied almost 2 1/2 years ago and since then yes my body has been changing cause my tubes was tied for almost 12 years. But what and why in the world is my nipples In so much pain ? Any ideas !
