Abortion stories

Can anyone tell me their experience with abortion? I prefer the medical over the surgical. I am worried about both. The medical seems scary because I'll be all alone and what if something happens, I bleed too much or something but the surgical seems scary too, the tools won't be sterilized enough or the cut something they aren't supposed to and bacteria. What is the safest abortion method?
