Pain everywhere

I've made it to the 28 week with my 2 baby girls which im extremely grateful I spent 1 whole month in the hospital because I was having contractions, I am on bed rest and just got home 2 days ago which makes me extremely nervous, I had a cerclage put on and algo while i was in the hospital i got thrombosis because of my lack of movement, so I had to get cirgury and a filter near my heart so the clots wouldn't go to my lungs heart or brain, it's been extremely hard trying to keep my girls inside for longer but each day is a blessing knowing they are getting bigger and stronger, but it just gets so hard for me :( its my 1 pregnancy and I never thought it would be this hard.

Now I am just trying to reach the 30 weeks goal!
