Gender Guessing...

So I have a little boy already who just turned 4 years young yesterday. While pregnant with him I had no problems at all, sickness wasn't bad, in fact I didn't even know I was pregnant till after 3 months. I am now 12 weeks pregnant and I don't ever want to get pregnant again lol this pregnancy has been nothing but extreme vomiting and 24/7 abdominal pain. People keep saying I might be having a girl. Which will be such a blessing but not sure what to think... Ladies by my short story do y'all think it will be a girl as well 🤗🤔
