POSITIVE HPT, WEAK AT DR

So Saturday I had a faint positive, tested again Monday morning (what would have been the first day of my period ) and got a "pregnant" digital result.

Went to my doctor yesterday and he said it was a very weak positive and sent me for blood work which I have to repeat tomorrow again then go see him again next week. We were so excited that we already told my parents and everything.

I've been absolutely freaking out , which I know isn't helping but I cant help it.

Also my boobs were so sore up until now and today feel fine and I have slight cramping on my right side.

Anyone have any insight into this? I'm so worried that something is wrong. I am 5 weeks today.
