Strange sensation

Hi guys, I'm 14w 3d and I'm really having a tough day. It feels like everything hurts today. My back, my stomach, even walking is effort.

I'm having this weird sensation in my lower abdomen. It's almost like a pulling feeling. As if my stomach would be moving on the outside when I look down(which it obviously doesn't) but that's the extent of the feeling. It's happened a few times today. And with the weird crampy feeling I suppose I'm just being over sensitive. But is this normal? Has someone else experienced this before?
