Backache. Any advice?!
I'm 20 weeks and for the last 2 weeks, my back is absolutely killing me at work. I'm a veterinary technician, so I'm on my feet all day, lifting, restraining, etc for 10 hour shifts. Anyone have any advice as to what may help? I'm DESPERATE!😣😣 Thanks ladies!
