Does pre natal vitamins help with pregnancy??

Hello! I was just wondering if pre-Natals actually help with getting pregnant or just help once you pregnant?  Thanks!!

My understanding is they help with fetal development I don't believe they help with actually getting pregnant other than preparing your body with nutrients it needs to support the baby.

They do not make you more fertile. They do help prevent vitamin deficiencies that could cause fetal deformities, such as spina bifida if you don't get enough folic acid. Just google spina bifida images, and I promise you won't forget to take your prenatals!

They help with early fetal development.  Specifically neural tube development( think spinal bifida).  If you're ttc it's a good idea to be on prenatals.
