Vegan Meal prep for a trip
I'm going on a family vacation this upcoming weekend, however, I'm a vegan now so I won't be able to eat whatever my family decides to cook this weekend. I mostly eat sandwiches, wraps, salads, stir frys, and rice. How in the heck am I suppose to meal prep these type of meals? Like how am I supposed to store them to get them to last all weekend? Obviously things like the rice & salads I'd have to make those when I got ready to eat them but like my sandwiches & wraps, how and where am I supposed to store those to preserve them throughout the weekend?
