Mononessa

I started using Mononessa 9 days ago, in the middle of my cycle. my doctor said it would be ideal to start it after my next period, but I wanted to start it as soon as possible because i was hoping it would make my next period easier, as i will be moving into college during it(my doctor said it was okay to start early, just not ideal). my period is always exactly on time and it was supposed to come three days ago, but it hasn't. I have had all my regular symptoms: cramps, nausea, back pain, but no blood! does anyone know if starting in the middle of my cycle would make my period not come completely? is there any chance i could be pregnant? any help is appreciated, thank you!
