Anyone with Fibromyalgia?

I'm 20 and was diagnosed last year. Here in France it's really hard meeting a doctor that knows about it and/or gives you good advices. Had to order a English book about it to get to know more on my own problem. -.- 
They don't even recognize it as an invalidating health issue!!! Sometimes they don't even want to diagnose because "you'll have trouble getting a loan at the bank" wtf honestly

Hi,  diagnosed 8 years now.   Trust me,  NO doctor knows what the hell their doing with FMS.   New research comes out every day it seems.   Best thing to do is research,  research,  research and take articles with you.   You are your best advocate.

My doctors are treating me as pre-lim waiting a final diagnosis from a rheumatologist 
I’m on two types of pain killers for the pain and other things to manage other linked conditions. Could take months for my referral :( 
Had to leave my old job because of how bad things were getting and I’ve been signed off work completely for the moment by my doctor

I just got diagnosed this morning. They prescribed me some medication for nerve pain and I’m hoping it’ll help but it’s so frustrating knowing that there’s not much else doctors can do to help with it

I’ve started using CBD in vape form. It’s at least helping me sleep better. Fibromyalgia sucks and I was in denial for a while.

I was recently diagnosed with it this past year, along with neuropathy in my arms/hands and legs/feet. I'm 26 and have had severe rheumatoid arthritis for 20 years (yes, I was 6 when I was diagnosed). I'm still learning a lot about fibromyalgia, and it's difficult for me to determine what symptoms are attributed to which disease.
