teaching w/out adderall
I just found out I'm pregnant, like I'm 4 weeks and should be due early/mid May. I'm a second year junior high teacher and coach. Last year I started taking medication for my ADD around November and I can say my teaching and coaching got better. And now this year I'm going to go the whole school year without taking it?!?! Anyone use have some advice? Has anyone used alternatives for their ADD?
