Would you feel some type of way if your SO didn't text or answer your calls back while at work but he talks to other people on the phone and everything?

I text him and I call him. he left here on the phone and even had a miss call and im sure he called that person back. He has a history of messing around with people (flirting through social media and texting etc) so im kinda skeptical as to why he didn't answer the phone when he was around me. anyways back to my question..

If he has a history of being unfaithful YES. My bf ignores me all the time at work. Idc because I don't respond to him right away either. And because not everereryything warrants a response. I only get mad if it's a time-sensitive thing and he's not replying like "what time is your lunch?" Like I wanna know that sooner than later so I can gauge if we have time to meet up or something. Other than that, I really don't care if he doesn't respond.
