What is ur schedule for solid for 6 month old. ?which brand and how much ?

I really need help on this... my niece is 18 mo but still hard time eating n pooping. So pls all mummies out there help me. Thanks in advance

We do solids twice a day, once during his first wake up and once after his second nap. He is awake for 2 hours at a time and nurses immediately after waking up. We do solids 1 hour after he nurses, so that he has time to build an appetite but isn't so hungry that he just wants to nurse. 
He doesn't like many things yet so his first thing is the new addition (so that my husband and I are both there in case of allergic reaction) and the second solid of the day is something he actually likes, to keep him enjoying the process. So far the only thing he actively likes is avocado and banana mashed together haha.

I started with rice cereal mixed with milk at dinner. Gradually moved to trying fruits and veggies at dinner. Moved to doing breakfast and dinner. Eventually got him to breakfast, lunch and dinner. I'm breastfeeding and maybe nurse every 3-4 hours now.
