Blocked tube cause irregular periods after myomectomy?

I am 6 months post myomectomy, TTC w/husband, period is 2 weeks late with negative PT. Can a blocked tube cause the lack of a period?

Answer

I had a tubal ligation and it didn't effect my periods or ovulation at all. All it does is keep the sperm from getting to the egg.
