Okay I can't decide whether this is a severe diaper rash or yeast rash and some of those bumps are because she just got out of the bath and is prone to having heat rash

She goes to the pediatrician on the 11th for her 6 month check up

She just got it today and I've been letting her air dry she only cries when I have to wipe her so I've stopped using wipes and have started using water and washcloths and lather her butt in Bordeaux and put a small layer of Vaseline on her diaper so I'm basically treating it like a diaper rash but I'm just making sure it's not a yeast infection
