Hey, Ladies. I am looking to get some advice. I am married, 25 years old 5' 3" and 309 lbs, (yes, i know I am overweight. i have medical problems that make it  hard to lose weight.) I am not ready to be a mother right now, neither is my husband. We have spoken and he has said that if I want to be on birth control, he is fine with it because it is my body. So I have decided to go on birth control. here's where I need y'alls advice please. Which birth control should I use. Nothing that actually goes up in my who-ha or could cause infertility. I was talking with my doctor about nexplanon, but she did not tell me about half of the possible side effects. I know that the depo shot is another option, but that one generally causes women to gain 1-2 dress sized, and with my current weight/size (3x), I don't feel it would be healthy for me to use the depo. So my best options are between the nexplanon implant and the pill. Ladies, can I please get some of your advice and thoughts/opinions please? I will be talking with my doctor again, but would like to have some other experienced women's help please.
