Can I vent my medical issues??

so first of all something minor but omg i have the worse lower back pain ever like when I was pregnant and going into labor type of back pain.

the dr told me the other day I have a bad appendix but not to worry about it unless I'm in so so much pain and throwing up??? um but I am in pain. its not like unbearable pain but still hurts.

then I've had a lump in my breast for 3 years now and it just now started hurting me so I went to get it checked out and I had to go get tests done and stuff and well I'm hoping it's something harmless BUT breast cancer does run in my family both sides so I am worried.

I don't have insurance so the only way I'm paying for all these medical stuff is I selling Younique Makeup lol.

but anyways yup I'm hoping it's nothing and I start a new job Saturday so that has my nerves and anxiety through the roof!!!
