In your experience, have you had more good times than bad times with birth control?

I am so scared to get my first birth control. I have no idea what I'm doing, and I have no idea what to get. All I've heard and read is horrible birth control stories from hell. I don't know if having sex is worth all the things I've heard birth control can do to you.

All you can do is try and see what works for you 🖤 I did depo and had a lot of bad side effects but it worked

I used pill for years and it work perfectly for me. Even cleared up my skin and got rid of PMS. Just have to remember to take it every day. I switch to implant about 2 years ago, 1st year was perfect cause it's the most effective method and no period at all, but now in my 2nd year, my period is crazy. I heard it works perfectly for other people so it's just my body is not friendly with the implant. It's like "give me back my dear pills" lol
You just have to try and find out the best one for yourself cause we all react differently to different kind of birth control. If you're not ready for a baby, I'll suggest using one.

I love being on the pill--only positive side effects so far. You'll find a woman on this app that has a horror story for everything, doesn't mean you can't try out different BC and see for yourself. You could love it!
