Do these levels seem normal?!

I'm about 4 weeks right now I'm pretty sure... On 8/24 my HCG blood work was 13, 8/26 it was 42, 8/28 Monday it was 143 and then Thursday 8/31 it was 496??

Yes, they are perfectly normal. The important thing is that they double every two days and thats the case with yours

Yes. The number isn't as important as how much it's increasing every 48-36 hours.  It should be at least doubling in that time frame. I think you're good!
