Missed ovulation test?

I'm trying to follow my doctors instructions but I already messed up! She told me to start opk testing on CD 10 and test first thing in the morning. Of course in my half asleep state I forgot today was CD 10 and peed before I thought about it. What would you suggest as a solution?

Hmm probably both. First thing like your dr said and then again in the afternoon, to be consistent and make sure you don't miss it. I never get a positive in the am only in the afternoon.

You'll be fine if you use second morning urine on a little hold.

Follow up question: I haven't been able to test until about 3:00 PM. Should I do the same the rest of this cycle or start testing in the mornings tomorrow?
